Wholesale orders are a large part of my business at Nicole Porter. If you wish to view and purchase products from Nicole Porter you will need to qualify for wholesale pricing. We are currently listed on Etsy Wholesale. If you are not member of Etsy Wholesale, we would be glad to email you a link to our line sheet if you can provided the below information.

Wholesale orders are an efficient way for your business to order handmade items from the Nicole Porter site at a discount. We require a minimum opening invoice $250 and will ship 10-15 business days after your order. There is no minimum for reorders. We offer no drop shipping service or consignment options.
Items shipped within the United States via the United States Postal Service. Items shipped to international locations will be have a fee attached and buyers will be responsible for any custom fees.

Overseas orders can take as long as 10-15 days to arrive once they leave my studio. Shipping of assorted items usually takes about 5-7 business days to US destinations and up to 20 working days for international destinations. For international deliveries, we are not responsible for customs or tracking after point of entry into country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Buyer is responsible to alert seller within 5 business days of receipt of goods of any issue. After which, the sale is considered final. Returns of undamaged goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be returned within 10 business days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of undamaged goods. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
