Everything you see in our store can be customized with your logo, designs or words. We can even come up with a custom design for you. Returns and exchange details
Returns

We only accept returns on items that were not customized in any way. If you wish to return your item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Once we receive the item, you will be credited for the full cost of the item less the original shipping charge.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges on items that were not customized in any way. If you wish to exchange your item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. Once the item arrives, we will send out the new item if its ready to ship, or we will start working on it right away. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. If there is a cost difference in price with the exchange, you will either be refunded the difference, or I will create a custom listing for you which includes the shipping cost and the additional expense.

Please refer to the listing to get a delivery estimate on the item you wish to purchase. If the item we are selling is ready to ship immediately that will be written in the listing. All other items will take a little bit of time to make. Especially the Tumblers. We do are best to ship items out asap but we will not sacrifice quality to do so. We ship using the carrier that will offer the best rate for item. If you would like to use a specific carrier, please contact me before purchase so I can make a custom listing for you using the carrier of your choice. All items will be shipped with a tracking number.
