We currently offer our products for wholesale. Please contact me for more a list of wholesale pricing!
What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
Rarely does this happen. If it should happen we will investigate the matter and find out to the best of our ability where your mail is.
Can I get combined shipping?
Combined postage costs are calculated automatically at the checkout, but if you are interested in placing a large order please get in touch first for a more accurate shipping cost.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Orders are generally not sent via tracked delivery. However should you like tracking you can choose from the shipping option the shipping upgrade selection for additional cost and faster delivery.
Why is the postage so expensive?
While the postage may seem expensive I try my best to keep my costs as accurate as possible. In addition to postage your product is securely packaged with a rigid mailing envelope and/or other materials which also increase the cost of mailing to ensure you get the product you purchased in perfect condition.
Can I get a different size of something for sale in your shop?
Absolutely, we have worked with many happy buyers to create custom sized orders with them and would love to work with you to get the product you desire.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 1-2 weeks
United States: 1-2 weeks
International:2-7 weeks depending on your location.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Can I get a discount for ordering a large quantity of one of your items in your store?
Absolutely! We offer special discounts for bulk orders. Contact us today for more information.
