Hello! There are millions of listings on etsy, and I am so excited that you've stumbled upon mine!

My friends and family have told me for years that I need to start selling my art! I made 2016 the year to begin this! I am slowly listing my handmade items along with de-stashing some supplies that I no longer need.

I love creating little works of art, and hope that you enjoy the pieces, too.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

At this time I will not accept returns on items that I did not make. Please look over each listing carefully and convo me with any questions. These are often items I'm clearing out of my studio and are sold "as is."

If at anytime you receive a an item that is not satisfactory, please contact me within THREE DAYS of purchasing.

--- I will either offer a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
--- A refund or exchange will be issued once the card has been returned in its original, undamaged condition.
--- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

NOTE: Clearance items are not accepted for returns. These items are sold as is, so please look at these closely before making a purchase.
I accept payments via Paypal or direct checkout through Etsy, and Etsy gift cards. (Both options allow you to use a credit card.). Custom orders are created and shipped after payment is received.

Placing the item in your shopping cart does not hold it! The item remains in my shop until you or someone else purchases it.

Reserved listings are created for special orders. A reserved listing will remain active until it has been paid for or 5 days, whichever comes first. After 5 days, the listing will be cancelled. I will not begin working on the item(s) until payment is received.

After a custom order is paid for, the buyer has 24 hours to cancel the order, which will result in a full refund. After 24 hours, I will begin making the item(s) ordered. If you choose to cancel the order, I will charge 50% of the purchase price to cover my time and the cost of my materials. You will receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price, plus S&H.
Shipping charges are listed on my items and discounted as you add more items to your cart. Charges include packaging materials along with post office fees. Please note that one some listings, tracking is not included since it will mail in a "normal" envelope with a stamp. If you want to upgrade to include tracking, insurance or priority mail, please convo me or select that option at checkout.

I ship within three days of receiving your order. Special orders will most often take 3-5 days, or more in busier seasons. The ship time will be noted for each custom order.

Once you finish shopping, Etsy will calculate your shipping discounts. Sometimes purchases will result in an excessive shipping total. If this happens, I will issue a partial shipping charge refund for anything over $1 excess.


No refunds if the package is lost or damaged. Unfortunately, I just can't afford to absorb the costs for the mistakes of the Post-office! If you'd like your package insured, it can be sent priority which includes up to $50 insurance from the post office. Please convo me to add this option.

Additionally, no refunds on unclaimed orders waiting at the post office for pick-up. The cost to re-send will be charged to the buyer.

If the post office damages or loses your package that is not insured, I will, however, offer you a discount to purchase items again from me.

Any items made with Stampin' Up! images will have my name and Stampin' Up on the back to comply with their angel policy.
