You have 3 days to return your purchase. You must ship your item back at your expense. Items must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your item. Used items will not be accepted. When we receive the item you will be refunded. Please contact us prior to leaving feedback if you have any issues. We would be happy to come to a resolution that satisfies you.

No refunds on custom orders.

We accept PayPal payments only. All credit card payments must be made through PayPal. Payment must be received after 24 hours or your purchase will be cancelled and re-listed to sell in my shop... Deposits and/or installments for your purchase can be made on orders over $45 but you must contact us prior to making the transaction.

We ship STANDARD AIRMAIL through Canada Post within 24 hours for ready-to-ship items and supplies. Please allow 2-3 days for all CUSTOM or made to order purchases. Please allow ample time for your items to arrive. We ship from Canada so orders are estimated to arrive within the following timeframe:
USA take 7-15 BUSINESS days
Canada 3-10 BUSINESS days
Europe 7-20 BUSINESS days
Asia 10-22 BUSINESS days

We package, label and ship your orders well but we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you receive your items late, it it not our responsibility BUT contact us if you do have concerns. We ship your items within 24-48 hours. There is no tracking info unless you purchase tracking info. Please contact me if you would like EXPEDIATED SHIPPING or RUSH orders. Please order your items at least 1 month in advanced to ensure you receive your items when you need them. We ship from Canada, so please allow enough time for your package to arrive. Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction. We use Canada Post, since it is the most cost effective way to ship worldwide and do not make a profit on shipping. Any overcharges over $2 will promptly be refunded to your PayPal account.
