Never got the item. Seller claimed she couldn't find it and refunded my money.

I refunded this person's money right away and promised to search further; I had just had to move unexpectedly. My notes were polite and positive, and we seemed to be communicating well. I know it is frustrating when something turns out to be out of stock--this has happened to me as a buyer many times, and I've usually found that with patience, things turn out well.

Payment
Please pay within 7 days of purchase. I'm happy to put an item on reserve for up to 3 days if you need time to decide. If for some reason you are not happy with your item, please let me know; we can work out a resolution.
Shipping
I will ship within 3 days of purchase, usually by USPS Priority mail. Insurance and confirmation are available upon request.

A few people have asked me about shipping to countries other than the U.S. I'm afraid I can no longer do it; the mails have slowed down and caused a number of complications.

If you make a purchase and the shipping cost is significantly less, I'll refund the difference if it's more than fifty cents (the PayPal transaction fees eat it up otherwise). I recycle shipping materials whenever possible. Sometimes, however, I might have to buy something to fit or protect your item, and its cost will be factored into shipping. I won't overcharge for getting the item to you--just want to be sure it arrives safely.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your item, please let me know; we can work out a resolution. I am willing to refund purchase price if we simply cannot come to an agreement. I want you to be happy here!
