Returns and exchanges

I believe that choosing a 1-of-a-kind item is a clear 'yes' for this item and will not need to be sent back -- but I do want the buyer to be happy and will exchange if necessary. In this case, eventual price difference needs to be balanced before sending.

Shipping

Items are shipped with Standard Italian Mail Service, Internationally, within 3 days after payment and after confirming your purchase. Delivery confirmation and insurance will be charged extra, please convo me to find out more. Eventual customer fees for International shipping is within the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional policies and FAQs

All items come gift wrapped and in recycled packaging, in harmony with the general recycling of textiles and plants that have been used to create nightcloud items. Made-to-order pieces are very welcome, please allow a week for its making and followed shipping. You are welcome to ask for adding a personal note in case the item is going to be sent to a third person.
