Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop. All items here are completely handmade by me. (except for the yarn I have listed of course) in my smoker free, pet friendly home. I'm interested in making a lot of different types of craft items. Purses, bracelets, wood tile pendants, polymer clay items, and coasters just to name a few.

Payment
Payment is expected at time of purchase though PayPal. For echeck payments, items will be sent after echeck clears.
Shipping
Items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. I will try to mail out items within three business days of receiving payment. If for some unpredictable reason I am unable to get it sent out in three days I will contact you with an explanation and my estimated shipping date.

For buyers outside of the US and Canada, please contact me for a postage rate prior to purchase. Thanks
Refunds and Exchanges
I want happy customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I will work with you to make sure you are completely happy. If an item is returned, you will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

If a coaster gets broken during shipping I will refund $5.00 for each broken coaster after receiving a photo of the damage. I may be able to replace it, but that would depend of availability of the design.
