DISCLAIMER: Leather can inherently have some flaws in the hide that I do not waste, rather work with. This means that every leather item I make is 100 % unique and original. I only sell items that are photographed and have their own listing, so you don't have to worry about getting a slightly different product. My leather is always the highest quality and I seal it to prevent dye leaching and paint fading.

Etsy Honeybee Helpers. This team is raising money to help with Colony Collapse Disorder, the current loss of our beloved pollinators. We need bees, they pollinate our crops and make honey, to name a few things. Check out http://pollinators.org for more information. That is also the charity that a percentage of my sales will be donated to when you buy any insect related item I have. See the specific listing for details.

Payment or notification of payment being sent is required within 24 hours of your purchase.
You may send me a check or money order, but I will not ship your item until the check has cleared into my bank account.
You may only mark Other if we agreed to trade, but you have to convo me first to make sure this is acceptable! See additional Info for things I'm interested in trading for!
You also may cancel a purchase within 24 hours.
I will not send items internationally as a "gift" so you can avoid paying customs. It is illegal, therefore, if you are an international buyer know that you will pay customs on your item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason the item arrives damaged by the USPS let me know, we can get the insurance and work out a resolution to the situation. I take great care to package my items well, this should not be a big deal, particularly with leather items.
If the USPS loses the item, we will also have the insurance.
Additional policies and FAQs
FEEDBACK: Please leave feedback, I will not leave seller feedback for you unless you leave some for me when you receive the item. If for any reason you want to leave neutral or negative feedback, please contact me first and see if we can't remedy the situation.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I do take custom orders however, I cannot always accept them. Feel free to convo me and let me know what you want to have done, I will let you know whether or not it is feasible for me to get it done in a reasonable amount of time and I'll give you a cost quote.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: If anything breaks during normal use within the first month of your ownership, you will need to send photographs. If I agree that it was my craftsmanship I will pay the cost back as soon as you return the item to me and I will pay the parcel post shipping for you to send it back.
