Returns and exchange details
Returns will not be accepted for products that may melt in extremely hot temperatures. Place product in freezer immediately if melted on arrival (MOA). Take out of freezer when completed solid. Finally let thaw before using.
Payment
Payments are required at the time of purchase. You can use debit and credit cards, paypal, & Etsy gift cards. We do accept mail-in payments however the order will take longer to process. We will begin working on your order within 24 hours of cleared payment.
Shipping
Shipping will be through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Smaller packages are shipped in bubble envelopes, large orders are shipped in boxes. If you have multiple items please contact us so we can estimate the shipping costs for you and do a custom order (this applies to all orders).

If packages are returned to us for failed delivery attempts you are responsible to pay shipping again if you want your merchandise.

When shipping out of the United States, we cannot be responsible for customs or additional shipping charges incurred by the postal/shipping services & customs of your country. International shipping charges do not include any fees charged by the country we are shipping to. We are not responsible for any customs or country fees.
