Returns and exchanges

We are not responsible for lost packages.
We personally deliver all packages to the post office. Once they leave our hands, we are not liable for loss or theft.

Returns are only accepted if the customer receives a damaged item.
In this case, customer must report damage within 48 hours of the package being delivered. Please provide us with a picture of the damage immediately.

Exchanges: If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, please communicate your reasoning within 2 days from your delivery date. You will be offered an item in the same price range or I will customize another piece in the same price range. Returned item must not be worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered. And must be returned back to me within 5 days from the delivery date.

The customer is responsible for all exchange related shipping costs. Shipping the original item back and the shipping for the new item.

Order Cancellation: You must cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you placed your order to avoid a cancellation fee ($5).
Nikki Billie Jean accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Etsy Gift Cards and PayPal.
All US items are shipped within 1-2 weeks to ship.

All orders are shipped by United States Postal Services (USPS) Priority Mail.

A tracking number will be provided for all domestic shipping in the U.S. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks, sometimes more (3 weeks) since it is being shipped outside of the country. For International Shipping, no tracking number is available. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost packages.
