Sometimes unexpected situations occur and the item which I sent to you might get damaged during its voyage.
In that case the firm that carries your item is responsible so you have to demand your loss from them.
If you want me edit your item the that purchased from me (for artworks only) in case of damages, please contact with me.

Since Paypal left Turkey in June 2016, I accept Etsy payments only.

Shipping
All of your orders will be posted in 3-5 business days after your completed purchase and after your payment is received, through Turkish Postal Service (PTT) and you will be provided with the tracking number.
All purchases will be shipped from Istanbul Turkey. Deliveries take maximum 1-2 weeks for Europe and 3-4 weeks for United States, Canada and Australia.
If you want to receive your delivery by any other methods such as Express mail, Fedex, Ups, DHL, etc. please inform me ,but don't forget it will be cost in different amount.
If there are any local taxes then buyers have to take their payment responsibility.
