Returns details

⦁ If for any reason you are unsatisfied, feel free to contact me within 14 days of delivery.
⦁ Send an email/convo indicating your intent to return the item BEFORE you ship the item back to me.
⦁ Returns must be mailed back to me as a registered mail with delivery confirmation and insurance within 30 days of delivery. Please email the tracking number to me, so I can watch for it.
⦁No refunds will be issued until I receive the returned item.
⦁ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back. Customs and import taxes are non- refundable.
⦁ All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED original condition.

Estimated shipping times:

⦁ Europe: 4-25 business days
⦁ Asia: 15-35 business days
⦁ Canada and USA: 10-25 business days
⦁ Latin America: 15-30business days
⦁ Australia and New Zealand: 14-30business days

Shipping details:

Items are sent via Registered Airmail with Signature Confirmation. Tracking is included with all shipments, and you will receive the tracking number. 

⦁ Canada and USA: It is not possible to track your parcel online after it enters the USA or Canada. The USPS/Canada Post can provide the status update if you contact them.

⦁ On-line tracking is included in most European countries.

Return to Sender

Registered mail will need to be signed for in person.

If there's nobody at home to receive the package, your country’s postal service will leave an attempted delivery note in the mailbox. You may arrange redelivery or pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice.

Don't forget to claim it! After some time (depending on country) it will be returned to the sender (me)!

You are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender, I will issue a refund minus return shipping cost or resend it and invoice for new shipping fees.

The Buyer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address.

Customs

All duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend that you check import duties and fees in your country.
Please be aware that the import of wooden products may be prohibited or restricted in some countries. Packages held in Customs in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer
