What if my headband doesn’t fit?

Our headbands are made from a super flexible base band which can be stretched to fit all head sizes. Please refer to the sizing image on each individual headband listings to see how our headbands can be made bigger/smaller. This is what makes them so comfy!

I’ve seen a headband I love, but it is now out of stock.

Some of our headbands are made from reused and recycled fabric, so there is very limited stock available. So if you see one you love, its a good idea to snap it up while it’s still in stock. If you’ve seen a headband you like which is out of stock, please pop me a message and I will be able to tell you whether it will be restocked.

How will my headband arrive?

All our products are sent wrapped in tissue paper, in a box that will fit through your letterbox (unless you have placed a large order, in which case it will arrive in a larger box). All our packaging is fully recyclable. An additional gift wrap service is available at the checkout if you would like to make your order look extra special. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

How often do you add new designs?

We regularly release new collections of headbands - usually every couple of months. To be kept up to date and to be the first to know when new designs will be added, please follow us on Instagram @nine9designs, and/or subscribe to our mailing list (https://mailchi.mp/1deb095a7d0d/nine-designs)
