Cancellation policy: You may request a cancelation of your order within 24 hours of when you placed the order, If you request to cancel after that timeframe there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Please be aware of this when ordering.

Once I drop it off to the post office, it is out of my hands. I will do everything I can to try and locate your package but lost packages are not the fault of the shop. If you do not purchase add on insurance your item will not be covered if lost or damaged,

A RESHIP of an item- at buyers fault ie: return to sender, ordered the wrong item/size/color, etc, will result in BUYER paying shipping fees. (SHIPPING FEES RANGE FROM $7 -$17)

PRODUCTION TIME - read thoroughly and note business days and vacation/holidays:
PLEASE allow a MINIMUM of 1-2 weeks not including weekends or holidays for your items to be handmade with love and then shipped. Custom orders can take a bit longer (During busy times/holidays/or when life just happens it CAN TAKE A DAY OR TWO LONGER - date of sale does not count) If you need your order by a certain date PLEASE PLEASE let me know BEFORE you purchase, I can not guarantee delivery for rush dates requested after purchase. I fill orders on a first come first serve basis . . . unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to order. (MY Business Days are week days MON - FRIDAYS, NOT WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS) -Again, if you need something by a specific date please convo me BEFORE you purchase, so there are not issues after you purchase if the delivery/need by date is not possible!!!
**Large orders (including 6+ items and wholesale orders) do take a little longer to fill, convo me with questions**

If a specific font isn't chosen then I will use my judgement to select one.
We cut, sand, paint and finish EVERYTHING in house.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are made to order and stock is not kept in house. If you have a problem please message us and we can try and work with you. Please note we will not tolerate threats and you will not get anywhere with us by doing so.

***ERRORS***
I AM HUMAN and sometimes mistakes do happen, please let me know asap if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to correct it. I will not send you a new item unless there is communication between us that states otherwise and I receive the other item back from you.
I will not send replacement apparel if an error is made on my part until I receive the other item back from you. If your item can be corrected, that will happen before a replacement is sent to you.

My items are primitive (wood can have imperfections/knots, etc I make not attempt to repair what is natural). If you would like your item(s) in any other finish please let me know.

DOOR HANGER* All door hangers are laser cut and painted by myself, no two are ever exactly the same. I do not mass produce my items therefor the item pictured is an example of one I have painted so yours will have some slight variations. I am not a machine so there is no way for me to exactly replicate to perfection what you see in the example photo. Colors will be as close as possible to the original but since every computer screen is different they may look a little different in person.

Also, I ship to the address you provide here, PLEASE PLEASE make sure you enter it correctly or if you need your item shipped to a different address please let me know that in the note to seller at checkout. I ship mainly USPS Flat rate or regional rate priority mail. I am not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong address on your account.
