A final girl makes a felt army.

Thanks to my father I had a long held live for horror. Thanks to Pittsburgh zombies have my heart. Lastly thanks to my mother I start to explore sewing and my creativity. I'm lucky to know a wonderful community of creative, smart, spooky people here in the Steel City that includes my little sister who shares this love of horror and da' Burgh.

Nix Muse fancies herself a horror maven, a final girl, a fan of felt, and a Pittsburgher with every atom of her being. She loves all things horror, sci-fi, and local to the Burgh (which also happens to be the Zombie Capital of the World!).

Shop policies

Plight of the Living Dead is a one girl shop run by me, Nix. I live in Western Pennsylvania in the Zombie Capital of the World, Pittsburgh. I mostly long to make horror/zombie centered art pieces, but I've been venturing out into less gory subjects. You can expect anything from various religious imagery, horror/zombie pieces, abstract art, photo frames, and hand embroidered pieces.

You can expect an artistic ooak (one of a kind) piece when you buy from me, as I tend to not produce multiples of the items I create. I prefer to see where inspiration takes me and go with it.

I do my very best to create quality goods that will last. Although I would not give any of the pieces to a child as they usually contain small parts and intricate details. If you see SFC on any item that means it is create specifically for children, and SFP are safe for pets.

I love custom orders and trying to bring your vision to life. Convo me to see if we can't put our heads together to make it happen.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I will gladly accept refunds or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with the construction or description/photos of your product.
I gladly accept Paypal as a form of payment. (In very limited situations I will take a postal Money Order. Please contact me to talk about it first though.)

Payment must be made within two days of clicking the "Buy Me" button.

At this time I am not charging sales tax to PA residents, this policy may change as I sell a larger volume of goods. Check back before making purchases.
I ship using the USPS and currently ONLY ship to the US and Canada. I am hoping to have a wider range of shipping options in the future.

As always I am flexible and if you live outside of America and long for something seen here, convo me first and I'll see what I can do.
