Welcome to the njr304 shop, bringing you the best in nature photography from Nathan Roberts, a UK-based conservationist, researcher and photographer committed to the protection of the wildlife and habitats that inspire his work.

The Six by Four product range offers a unique combination of global photography and locally hand-crafted packaging. Created in collaboration with [The other] Matt Roberts, the packaging has been designed with environmental consciousness, utilising minimal paper to produce a functional envelope which also has the added capability to support and present the postcards in the home or office.

Photographs are also available in a range of sizes and formats, including mounted prints, greeting cards and canvas prints – prices available on request. Where cropping of the original image may occur, I will endeavour to show you the image before print.

Payment
All payments must be made through PayPal and be received within 10 working days of purchase. On receipt of payment, orders will be processed and items will be shipped. If payment is not received within 10 business days, I reserve the right to cancel the order. If you encounter any issues with PayPal, please contact me immediately so that the issue may be resolved promptly.
Shipping
All items will be shipped First Class via the Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of payment receipt. Items are shipped internationally from the UK. For UK customers, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, and international customers should allow more time. Expected delivery times will vary between countries. Customers with special shipping requirements, including immediate delivery and recorded delivery, must highlight this in their order and all efforts will be made to achieve this; shipping costs may increase under these circumstances.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Items ordered from the Six by Four product range are packaged in a firm card envelope which protects your postcards in transit and unfolds to be used as a complementary display stand.

For photographs printed to order, please allow 14 days for printing and two days for dispatch.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is paramount.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately so that any issues may be resolved promptly. Refunds or exchanges will be given if the item is damaged in shipping. In this instance, the damaged item must be returned at the expense of the customer and an exchange item will be shipped free of charge. Alternatively, a refund will be given to the value of the item (i.e., excluding shipping fee).

Customers should note that the colours in the printed product may be slightly different to those viewed on the computer monitor. If you are not satisfied with the product for this reason or any other, it must be returned at the expense of the customer and an exchange or refund will be arranged on a case-by-case basis with the customer.

Customers are also advised to read the listing description carefully and to contact me with any queries prior to placing their order.

Prints may be signed and dated at the request of the customer. This must be specified during the ordering process.
