Commercial interior and graphic design has led me to creating beautiful Table Numbers, Place Cards and Unity Candle Wraps incorporating historical design elements and bringing them to life with Unique Elegance for your Special Day!

As both a Graphic Designer and Interior Designer, I understand the utmost importance of perfect color coordination to your wedding or event and create your design in any imaginable color. You are not limited to our Color Chart. Each of my designs are not only Unique but will be obvious to your guests they were created especially for You.

To continue the elegance of the past, I have designed over 25 Monogrammed Note Card Sets. Each with Vintage or Historical designs. This is such a lovely way to keep the personal touch of communication in today's high tech world of social media.

All of our orders are Custom Made to your Specifications and Not Refundable. Ordering too close to your event or need by date does not make your order refundable should it not arrive in time due to late ordering.

No Refunds, Returns, Exchanges or Reproduction will apply on Custom Orders Shipped and created to the Customers Specifications.

Please Contact Me Immediately if you wish to Cancel your order:
- If your custom order has not been designed for you yet - a full refund will apply.
- If your custom order has been designed but is not yet in production - a 60% refund will apply.
- If your custom order is designed and in production, No Refunds are provided.

* Depending on the current production schedule, some orders go into design and production next day and some a few days after receipt of order. In all cases, time is of the essence to inform us if you wish to cancel.

Refunds are processed through PayPal the same way you purchased your order. If you used PayPal using your credit card or debit card, your refund will go back on the card used to process your order.

Refunds are processed immediately by No. 9 through PayPal. Credit cards and bank debit cards have differing time frames as to how long it takes for them to apply the refund to your account. Please check directly with them if you have any timing concerns.

Exception to above Refund Policy would be if you receive your order and I made an error in your information from what you provided on your order. I will be glad to reproduce, time permitting to the event, or offer a full refund including shipping at your choice.

All items sold to EU are Customized Digital Files Only.
Once Proofs have been received - there is no Cancellation of Order.
Custom Items of all nature are Exempt From EU Selling Regulations.

- Contact me immediately if you made an error in the information you provided on your order and if in the design stage I will be glad to make your correction before we produce.

- It is the Purchasers Responsibility to ensure they order the correct product, the correct design, provide the correct date and spelling of all names, color choices, etc. on their order.

- Your order will be created exactly as your order states and No Refunds, Exchanges, Returns or Reproductions will apply if errors are provided by purchaser and your order is already in production or has been shipped.

* Products sold to EU are restricted to Personalized Digital Files transmitted via Email. No physical products are shipped to EU. Any below reference to shipping is for U.S. only.

No. 9 Downing Street has access to limited personal data for core business purposes.
When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. Once Email address are no longer required to place an order I will request you provide one to receive Digital Orders; Proofs and Final Files. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfill your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.

Payment is through PayPal.
You do not have to have a Pay Pal account. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards with major credit card logos on them.
- It will allow you to make payment directly with your credit or debit card as you would with any on line shopping source and is used by most major retailers as their choice of secure payment processing.

No. 9 does not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, international bank transfers, or any form of "Other" payment.

All Orders Are Shipped to the shipping address you have put on your Pay Pal account. The Ship To address will appear on your Etsy purchase invoice. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is current and updated as needed before ordering. If you see you have not updated your shipping address and a previous address appears on your invoice - CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. If your order has not shipped - we will ship to the new address you provide us. You will then need to update your Pay Pal account information for all future purchases.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided on your order and you do not advise us of a corrected address in advance of shipping, we have no way to retrieve your order once shipped. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address on your order, shipping charges will apply to re-send it to you at a different address. If tracking shows package as Delivered to the incorrect address on your order - We Do Not Free Replace or Refund orders due to incorrect shipping addresses provided. Our orders are Custom Made to your specifics and not refundable. Not receiving your order due to the customer providing incorrect shipping address does not make your order Refundable or in accordance to receiving a Free Replacement Order.

You will receive a Shipping Notice through Etsy convo (message) on day of shipment. Should you not receive your order. Notification must be within 30 days of the Shipping Notice "SENT" date.

If your package is Lost in mail sufficient time must be allowed for Post Office investigation to check the status of your package and attempt to locate it. We will fill out USPS Missing Package forms and allow 5-10 days to see if your package has been located and moving in transit once again. If your package is not located after investigation period and we have insured your package, refunds will occur after insurance affidavits are signed (if required) and filled out by purchaser and have been submitted to the insurer.

Please include photos of all the damaged product and the damaged package. If we inform you your order was insured by us, your assistance will be required to sign an insurance affidavit. Please retain the product and packaging until we notify you to dispose of it. After we have received the photos and affidavit we will quickly process a full refund or free replacement to your order at your option.
Additional policies and FAQs
All viewing devices are calibrated somewhat differently for color display. Colors can vary slightly from one display to another or from how they appear in person. I produce from the color choice you selected or provided as a link as it appears on my highly calibrated monitor. Most designs on my products have varying shades from lighter to darker of your selected color which allows it to blend beautifully with your wedding colors. However, in most cases, the color is spot on to what you would expect it to be unless your device is way off in calibration. My customers have Always been very pleased!
