I want you to be as happy as I was creating your item. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item if there is a problem. My items are handmade and designed - I trust you will understand the slight irregularities, as they are not considered a reason for dissatisfaction. I am confident you will be ecstatic with your purchase, but if you are unsatisfied please let me know and I will happily address your concern.
Payment
I accept personal checks, money orders and Paypal. Credit cards can be used when checking out via Paypal. If you need to pay by check or money order, please convo me for the address if you do not receive. On check or money orders, I will not start the custom order until I receive payment.

Payment needs to be made with in 3 days of purchase (etsy rules). If payment is not made I will cancel your sale.
Shipping
Many of my items are currently ready-made and will ship within 2 business days. For those items that are made to order, shipment will be made within 21 days. I will do my BEST to get it out earlier if I can. If you are interested in purchasing insurance for your package please contact me as I am not responsible once the package leaves my hands.
