The scent is earthy and lovely (sometimes I use a little in my hair too because I love the scent!). The oil works really well and I'm sure we'll be purchasing again when it's time for bottle #3!

Returns and exchange details
Our goal is to bring you a quality product and great customer service. In the event merchandise needs to be exchanged or returned, please contact us (within 7 days of merchandise receipt) and we will do our best to correct any problem. I will accept returns in pristine condition within 7 days for purchase price minus shipping for in-store credit or refund upon approval. There may be a 20% restocking fee for returned items. All items must be returned unused, in pristine condition, in the original packaging.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds due to the special nature of the orders.
Grooming & Apothecary products are not eligible for refunds.
We are always happy to answer questions about products, and want you to get exactly what you need, so please contact us with any questions before you purchase.

Shipping
Orders are processed generally within 1-3 business days (M-F). Processing time is prior to shipping time, so please account for this when ordering. Custom orders may take longer to process.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order.
At this time Noble Woodsman will ship internationally upon request.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We combine shipping prices and like to make sure you do not pay too much for shipping. We will make sure to do my best to save you your hard earned dollars! We will also refund easy shipping overages if they are incurred.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES:
Depending upon country and postal service, it is possible that your order may be held at the your local post office for pick up rather than delivered straight to your door. This can be done for a variety of reasons including but not limited to when the recipient misses the first attempted delivery and when customs fees are due. While the postal service will leave notice that delivery was attempted, also we strongly encourage buyers to monitor the progress of their order using the tracking information provided.
An email will be sent letting you know when your package was sent, (including delivery confirmation in the U.S.A.). Please check your junk email if it has not arrived.
Insurance is provided on all Priority Shipping. We have no control over shipment after it leaves our studio unfortunately, so insurance is strongly recommended.

CARE: Proper care of our products will ensure their long life. The Noble Woodsman is not responsible for damages caused to products through use.
Waxed Canvas: Our waxed canvas products should be cleaned by wiping down with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash waxed canvas products.
Cutting / Serving Boards & Plates: Both our cutting / serving boards and our plates and bowls are treated with almond/mineral oil blend. Hand wash in soapy water to clean - do not let stand in water. Wipe dry, and allow to air dry. Oil often to preserve finish.
Shop hours are Monday - Friday 9am -5 pm eastern time. We ship Monday - Friday (unless a notice is posted or there is a holiday). We are closed Saturday and Sunday for family time. Convos are answered Monday through Friday 9am -5 pm eastern time, so please be prepared if you do not receive a response on Saturday or Sunday as it is impossible for us to be working 24/7. Thanks for understanding!

Do you guarantee your products?
We guarantee our products to be free of defects in the materials or craftsmanship. We will be happy to replace any defective products. Wear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee. We believe firmly in creating enduring products whose lifespan can be lengthened by repair. Many of the materials in our products have already seen at least one lifetime of use, and have accumulated stories which are now proudly displayed in the blemishes on our objects. Each further crack, dent, &c. accumulated throughout each object’s new life – and the patches applied thereto – are further stories to proudly display. To contact us about repairs, please send us a message.
When will my item arrive? Can I rush it?
We do our best to maintain an inventory of each object. However, we hand-make all of our products in our Raleigh workshop. If your product is not in stock when you order, it may take up to 7 days to ship – we have to make it! Orders shipped to the contiguous U.S. typically take 2 days to a week arrive. If you would like to expedite your order please send us a message before placing your order. Since our products are made by hand, we would need to verify that we have your item in stock in order to ensure it will arrive in time.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship international upon request. So some times may not posses the option at this time, but all it takes is a message or email for us to activate in your area!
