Our processing estimates are just that, estimates. We try our best to finish everything in the 4-6 weeks of projected time. However it isn't an exact science and some weeks life interrupts our work flow. Therefore it's super important if you have a specific deadline you need your order by, that you let us know before purchasing. Youtuber and Cosplayer

I've always have a love for the 3D space and creating art in it. At a young age I had the desire to create costumes for Halloween. After all, costumes are much more interesting than normal clothes. As time continued my desire turned into a passion, and after years of sewing, drafting, and styling I have won awards for my skills and decided to use my talents to help others as well.

As a full time Youtuber and cosplayer I love helping out others with complicated pieces, however I will periodically close my shop so I can focus my energies on those other facets of my career.

Frequently asked questions
How Long Will My Order Take?

Each item takes a different amount of time to create. Prints can take 3-5 days, while larger pieces can take 5-6 weeks. Be sure to check the processing time on your item. If you are ordering more than one item, the processing time will automatically be that of the more time consuming item in your order. If you need one item sooner than the rest we suggest ordering it separately or contacting us as soon as your order is placed.

Custom and personalized orders

Any item made requesting measurements is considered a custom order. These are nonrefundable. If there is a major issue with your item upon receipt please contact us within 3 days and we will do what we can to possibly exchange the item for you.

What happens if I miss the 3 day window to return/exchange?

I will not refund items Damaged by you. After 72 hours of receiving, items are considered in your care and will not be refunded if damaged from there on unless can be proven without a doubt it was damaged in shipping.

Digital Items

Anything digital WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances as they can't be returned. So please make sure you read the descriptions.

Split Payments on Larger Commissions

For larger commissions we sometimes allow split payments. In the event of a split payment, 50% of the total cost is charged up front to begin the item, and 50% is due at the item's completion. You will have 90 days from the item's completion to pay the remaining amount. If an item is completed and 90 days of no communication pass, we reserve the right to resell/keep the item. Exceptions can be arranged if we are made aware of any issues with the remaining payment. However if an item is still unclaimed after 6 months from completion we reserve the right to sell/keep the item as we are not a storage or rental facility.

I Have a Wig, Can I Send it to You to Style?

Unfortunately we do not work with materials we have not purchased ourselves.

My Wig/Item Arrived Damaged or Late

Unfortunately this shop does not take responsibility to damages done by the post office. We also do not take responsibility for any delays in shipping, our involvement ends once we drop off the box.

If your wig is damaged when it arrives, please take a photo of the wig right out of the box (IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.) There are a few options we can work with. If it is an easy fix and we can send advice to help you fix it on your own.

OR

You can send the wig back. If the wig's appearance matches the photo you sent before sending it, we will make repairs for the price of shipping (we will make a custom listing).

This offer does not hold if you damage the wig after wearing it yourself. In those cases we will charge a restyling fee!

Will You Restyle My Wig?

If any damage is sustained to the wig during wear we can restyle it for you, but we do charge a restyling fee, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping to and from us.

These fees vary from case to case and a custom listing will be made for each instance. Not all orders will qualify to be restyled so please do not hesitate to contact us

**Please include the wig head we sent with it as we will need it to send it back to you. If you do not include the wig head then we will not be supplying a new one.

I'm Ordering From Outside the US

Please keep the following Etsy policies in mind for overseas buyers:

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Etsy sellers are neither required nor encouraged to pay customers' customs fees. Etsy sellers also cannot mark their items as Gifts or write a value lower than the order cost on shipping forms in order to avoid customs fees; this is illegal.

How Long is Shipping on International Orders?

Unless you select International Priority (6-10 days) or International Priority Express (3-5 days) we have no way of knowing how long your order will take to arrive. They have arrived as quickly as 10 days or taken as long as 3 months. So please keep this in mind when placing your order.
