PayPal only at this time. Your order will only begin to be processed when payment has been made.

If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact me within 24 hours either through the contact tab or by email nocesdelamour [!at]



Unless otherwise stated in the listing, your order will ship within 7-10 business days of payment having been received.

I make and ship your purchase in the order it was received. If you need your item to be brought to the front of the line please contact me first. This may incur a small rush fee.

All items are shipped through Canada Post using least expensive shipping method unless otherwise requested. Please contact me if you would like an upgraded shipping method so that I can prepare a quote. (Generally it is at least double the cheapest option).

**Please note that I always use new packaging and the S&H includes the cost of packaging.**

While most orders shipping outside of the Canada take approx 4-10 business days to arrive, transit times can/may vary and are out of my control. You will be notified once the item has been shipped. Please see refund policy if you feel your item may have been lost in the postal system.

Canadian packages take anywhere from 1-13 business days depending on your location.

All items sent within Canada come with a tracking number.

**Canada shipping cost varies greatly depending on your location as Canada Post charges a base price for the size/weight of the item which is dependent on your location (or distance from me) and then adds in extra fuel charges depending on how far you are from a major shipping center (as well as taxes). If the difference between actual shipping cost and what you paid is greater than $1.00 I will refund the difference.

And yes, it is cheaper to ship parcels to the USA than it is within Canada.

USA packages are sent by Small Packet- Air and take 5-8 business days. Items sent by this method are not trackable. If you would like a tracking number please contact me for a shipping quote.

International packages are sent by Small Packet - International Air and take 6-10 business days. Items sent by this method are not trackable.

International shipping varies depending on your country. If actual shipping ends up being less than what is charged I will refund any difference greater than $1.00. Or if you’d prefer, please contact me prior to purchasing an item and I can prepare a custom listing with an exact shipping quote for you based on your country.

PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges or fees that may be incurred at time of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for the refund process.

It happens, the post office can and does lose packages from time to time. I will notify you when the item has been shipped. If after 10 BUSINESS days (from the date you were notified that your shipment was sent) you have not received your item, please contact me to discuss the next step. Item will be remade (for exact item only).

*Please note that Canada Post delivers and processes packages Monday to Friday only so 10 business days only includes Monday through Friday.*

1. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item for complete return instructions.
2. The item must be shipped back and post marked within 5 days of receipt of the item.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. Once the item is received back in its original condition and packaging you will be issued a refund or exchange based on the above policies.
**Shipping costs in either direction are non refundable.**

Your purchase is not over until your items have been received and both parties are satisfied with the transaction. Feedback will only be left once I am aware that the transaction is now closed by you letting me know by leaving feedback.
