Announcement    No Coast Paper Co. offers a variety of paper goods for special occasions and every day use!

PLEASE NOTE: I typically only ship orders once per week, usually mid-week (Tuesday or Wednesday). This means if you order on a Tuesday night and I shipped Tuesday morning, there is a chance your card wont be mail out until the following Tuesday. This is why I have 1-7 business days as my ship-time turnaround.

No Coast Paper Co. started with a line of sarcastic, every day postcards and quickly branched off into snarky greeting cards as well. Today, No Coast Paper Co. carries over 120 greeting card designs, over 40 postcards designs, and multiple prints and notepads, with new products coming out every few months!

Our products vastly focus around tongue-in-cheek humor, mixed with feel good vibes, which are meant to make the reader smile. Within our line of products you'll definitely find your fun, every day card, but there is also a strong emphasis on products meant to help empower women, and a line of products in support of the LGBTQ community, (though the majority of our products are gender/race/religion neutral so it's our intention to leave no group left out).

No Coast Paper Co. started in 2014 in Northern California but in August of 2016 moved to Madison, WI. All products are designed and printed within the US (most being printed and packaged right in the home studio, here in Madison).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Here at No Coast Paper Co. I want to make sure all products arrive safely in hand to the customer, with no damage. If a card comes in damaged, please message me ASAP with a photo of the damaged product. From there we can discuss a new replacement card being sent, or store credit.

A tracking number is provided for all greeting cards, notecards and letterpaper ordered. Postcards and stickers do not have a tracking number, if they are purchased alone. If any of your orders do not arrive and are lost in shipment, please contact me ASAP. We will go over the address provided and from there can discuss a replacement card or store credit.

Cash refunds are typically not available.
Shipping
Orders are shipped 2-6 business days after payment is received. Please check the announcements section to see if there is any delays mentioned prior to ordering, if you are in a time crunch. Once shipped via USPS, cards take around 3-7 business days for domestic orders, and 10-15 business days for international orders.

Cards are not shipped on Sundays or major U.S. Federal Holidays due to the post office being closed. These days are not calculated into the time frame for shipping, as they are not business days.

U.S. Federal Holidays include New Years Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King Jr., Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

** ANNOUNCEMENTS**
Please check announcements for shipping updates and holiday cut off dates. Dates will be listed in the announcement section for major holiday card cut off dates (Christmas/Hanukkah, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, etc). Any card ordered after a cut-off date should only be ordered with the purchaser knowing they might not receive the card in time for the holiday.

All greeting cards, notecards and letterpaper are sent in cello bags, in a stiff mailer or padded mailer and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Postcards and stickers are sent in a regular envelope and do not have a tracking number.

Additional policies and FAQs
**CUSTOM ORDERS**
Please message and we'll discuss what you're looking for! Custom orders for designing a brand new card usually take around 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year and what design you're looking for me to create. If the design is simple and I can use the design in my shop in the future for other customers, I will charge you the regular greeting card price of $4.25. If it's an absolute custom card that wouldn't make sense in my shop for other customers to purchase, cost will go up, but can be discussed via message!

If you'd simply like to add or subtract from an existing card, no problem! Just purchase the card and message me what text you'd like to see added or subtracted.


**SEND A CARD DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT***
Running behind on buying a card for a friend or family member who lives out of town? No problem! I can send the card for you. When purchasing a card make sure to include:

The recipients name
The recipients address
The message you want to include to the recipient
Your name to put who the card is from
Your address so I can put you down as the return address on the card

Please note: My handwriting isn't bad, and it's definitely perfectly legible, but it's nothing special, so don't expect fine script or calligraphy! ;)
