If you wish to return or exchange your item*, please notify me with your reason why within 3 days of receiving your item. (*Please note that earrings are a final sale for hygiene and safety.) You are responsible for the cost of any postage. Exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase. Again, you are responsible for the cost of postage.

All of my jewelry is made with the greatest of care and attention to detail, however, should you encounter a problem or require a repair, I am happy to repair your item free of charge. You are responsible for any postage.

All major credit cards are accepted through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still securely pay for your purchase with any major credit card by using Paypal. Payment is expected within 24 hours -- please contact me in advance of your purchase if you need to make special arrangements.

I ship items everyday between Monday and Friday. Your item(s) will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon receiving your Paypal payment.

All jewelry is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, sealed in a plastic ziplock bag for extra protection and packed inside a bubble envelope. Where possible, I do try and recycle (clean) bubble envelopes to be a little more eco-friendly.

I ship via "Air Mail - Light Packet" through Canada Post. This is most economical, but does not include insurance. If you would like insurance, please upgrade to "Air Mail - SMALL packet". If you prefer expedited shipping with tracking, i.e.: Xpress Post, please contact me with your Postal Code or Zip Code so that I may obtain a quote for you.

General guidelines according to Canada Post and my experience in shipping via Air Mail Light Packet is as follows:

1. To the United States: 5 to 14 days
2. Within Canada: 2 to 10 business days
3. Europe/Australia/Most Other International: 1 to 3 weeks

If you would like to purchase tracking and/or additional insurance on your item(s), I suggest upgrading to Xpress Post by Canada Post which provides expedited shipping and also includes a tracking number and additional insurance. Please contact me with your Postal Code or Zip Code and I will be happy to get you a quote.

In the unlikely event that a package goes missing in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible. Canada Post Air Mail *Smal*l Packet includes up to $100 of insurance, so I am happy to replace the item for you. (*Light* Packet does NOT include insurance)

Once I post an item via Air Mail Light Packet, I do not have a way of tracking the item, unless you choose to upgrade to an expedited shipping method, such as Xpress Post. ( http://www.canadapost.ca ) I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost by the postal service, but I will do my best to replace your item with the same item, or as close to the original, as possible. Please contact me if your package takes longer than 3 weeks to arrive, and I will contact Canada Post.

I do accept custom orders/changes on most of my work, and normally there is no additional fee for custom work. However, I require a minimum of 50% deposit for custom items.
