Refunds and Exchanges
If something is damaged during shipping, please let me know as soon as possible! I stand by all my work, and will be happy to repair anything for free so long as there is no bead/material loss. As some materials I use I may not be able to replace, I will do my best to restore the piece to its original state, and work out
If something just isn't right when you receive it and you want to return it, I will also be happy to take back unworn and undamaged pieces. Please notify me within 14 days of receipt so we can set everything up.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please understand that beadwork, just like fine jewelry, is fragile! Treat it with the same care as fine jewelry, and it will last for decades. Try to avoid getting beadwork wet; although the thread is waxed, water can become trapped between and inside the beads and cause the thread to rot if it is regularly submerged in water. A few drops of rain is fine, just avoid water exposure like running it under a faucet, taking a shower, or swimming with beadwork and it will be incredibly durable. If beadwork is accidentally splashed with {insert gross thing here} try to pat it dry with a towel and wipe away as much as you can without twisting or yanking on any part, and allow to dry flat.

I may be able to re-size some pieces, please let me know if you're interested in getting something re-sized. I can tell you whether it's possible, or whether I would need to make a custom piece.

I am also happy to take on custom work, feel free to contact me if you are interested and I'll let you know the timeframe I am currently working with based on current projects. :)
