Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately things happen that are out of my control and I’m too much of a starving artist to be held fiscally responsible for this. Additionally many of my items are one of a kind and I would not be able to replace them anyways. So no refunds or replacements will be issued. If you do opt for insurance when shipping I will be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are in anyway displeased with you item when you receive it please contact me before leaving feedback so I can resolve your issue. I love my little guys and I want you to love them too, and I will do my best to see that you are happy.
I LOVE to do custom orders based on creatures you love, your drawings, or whatever specifications you may have. I also have a flikr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/noelledoodle/) account showing past work so if you see something there I would be happy to recreate it for you. Convo me to discuss details.
I’m always down for swapping promo items let me know if you would like some of mine or you have stuff you’d like to get to me.
I also do wholesale orders. Please convo me for details.
I also love doing donations for charity auctions. Contact me with your cause and I’ll see what I can do.
- Allergy Alert:
I do live in a pet friendly home but I keep my cats away from my stock. (Mr Nips isn't too happy about this.) I do however live in a smoke free home FYI.
- Washing and Care (plushes)
I suggest spot cleaning any stains with soap and water. If you have a heavier mess my little guys will survive a trip through the washing machine but be sure to put the doll inside a pillow case to protect him and run it on the gentle cycle. I do not suggest putting them in the dryer.
