Preferred forms of payment are PayPal and credit card. I also accept well-concealed cash or personal checks through the mail. (Got something to trade? Convo me and we'll talk!) Online payment is due within 48 hours. Payment by post is due within 10 business days. I ship purchases after your payment has cleared; items not paid for by the respective deadline will be relisted.
l ship purchases on the first weekday after receiving payment. I reuse packaging materials whenever possible to reduce waste and save you money. Shipping costs cover the purchase of any additional packaging materials needed (for instance, I use a LOT of tape, just in case), as well as shipping and handling. All packages go USPS standard or priority with tracking and signature confirmation; if you'd like to upgrade shipping to include faster delivery or insurance, let me know before you place your order and I'll adjust the listing for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items damaged in transit may be eligible for a full or partial refund. To qualify for a refund, please send a photo of your damaged item in its original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If part of a set is damaged in transit, only the damaged item(s) may qualify for a refund. (I am unable to refund shipping costs.) Undamaged items may be returned, at buyer's expense, for 75% store credit. Custom items not eligible for return.
