Casting Workshop, Specializing in solid gold & silver casting.
Haifa, Israel
In order to make the production process more efficient, I had to produce wax molds and replicate the jewels in the fastest and most effective way. Noa & Lior owns this workshop in the north of Israel. They have standard casting equipment and 2 casting experts, Sergey and Ina.

Wrapping and packaging
All jewelry items are packaged in a box and in a protective padded envelope.
Shipping Address
Please make sure that the address you have listed in Etsy is correct - this is the target address.
Packages returned to us, due to wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional shipping costs.
If you change address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change.
If shipping is done to your work space, hotel or any other public location - Although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages

All items will be ship with a tracking number, by priority registered Air mail if available. If not-by ensured registered air mail
Estimated delivery time to Europe is 8- 28 days. For certain countries we can ship via priority registered mail, which may shorten the delivery time to 8-10 days. For more information contact me.

Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned because of the nature of these items.

Care instructions
Use a soft cloth for cleaning (cloth, especially designed for jewelry, can be purchased in every jewelry shop).
Silver jewelry can also be cleaned using tooth paste and a soft tooth brush.
