Your feedback is very important to me. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback.
There will be no refunds for items needed sooner than my clearly, fully, turnaround time located in my shop information unless discussed previously before purchasing and I said I could meet your rush order (With a rush order fee).
Payment
If you need to CANCEL for any reason, please notify me within 24 hours of order being placed. After 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
Shipping
Items are shipped to the address you provided in your etsy order; please make sure that it is correct. Once it has been received by the post office, I am unable to make any changes or intercept it in any way. If you would like an item shipped priority, which includes $50 insurance, please contact me first. If your order states delivered, I cannot issue any refund. As all items are custom, I will not issue any refund for an un-deliverable package and you will be responsible for re-shipping fees if your address was incorrect in your etsy account.
