When I don't make jewelry - I'm a management consultant specializing in Customer Service ;-) Being a consultant I know that policies are there to "set the rules of the game".
However, life is more complex than a game hence I believe in being flexible.
I will do my utmost to meet my customers' expectations whether it's regarding my items, the shipment, the payment etc. even if my policy suggest otherwise.

Buying on the Internet is hard, I know.
You want to see and feel the item, you want to try it on.
Let me make it easy for you - if you decide that my item is not exactly how you imagined it would be (color, size, "layout" etc.), just send it back (within a week of receiving the item, after you consulted with your partner and/or best friend/s ;-)).
I will refund the cost of the item (excluding shipment charges) upon receiving the item in a GOOD condition.

Although I send my items with a registered post, in rare occasions they can get lost on the way.
But you don't need to worry about this - if your item gets lost on the way - I will send you an identical item (assuming it's not OOAK) once the item is "declared" lost...
One less thing to worry about? :-)

* Payment - I would greatly appreciate it if you pay with PayPal or a credit card. If you wish to pay using a different method, just convo me so we can discuss the options.

I ship WORLDWIDE!!!

* I will ship your purchased item within 48 hours after receiving payment.
* For the USA and Canada it should take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
* Shipments in Europe should take around 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
* I will send it by registered post in order to make sure it doesn't get lost on the way.
* Please note: You should incur any custom charges (should there be any...).
