I specialize in eyeglass, id and key lanyards made into necklaces and bracelets, wine glass markers, designer rosaries and appetizer skewers. At Nonie615, my product line is custom handcrafted using only the finest materials and quality craftsmanship techniques. All of my items also make excellent gift ideas for members of the whole family.
I accept PayPal, Etsy gift cards, credit cards, and money orders. For money orders, I will wait up to 10 days for payment to arrive. Items will be shipped once payment clears. If you pay with PayPal and have an unconfirmed account, once the payment is verified, I will mark the item paid and pack it up for shipment.
Items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation & tracking number (where available). All orders are presently being mailed via USPS, unless otherwise requested by the the buyer. Please message me if you prefer an alternate shipping method. Insurance is free on orders over $40.
For orders less than $40, insurance can be purchased and added at buyer request, If you would like insurance, please let me know via convo, and I'll make a custom listing to reflect the charge...otherwise , once the items ship it is truly out of my hands. You can check your order status under the "Purchases" heading in "Your Etsy" .
Under normal shipping guideline, all orders will be mailed within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of payment .
Under vacation guidelines, all orders will be mailed on the date specified as my return date.
If you have ordered for a special event/ gift and need your item shipped sooner, convo me and we can work out an alternative schedule.
If paying by money order, the product will ship after the payment clears .
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Please email me if you have any concerns with the product. All reasonable requests will be honored. Customer satisfaction is my primary goal.
Refunds will be discussed between the buyer and myself, and I will gladly refund on a purchase if a repair or exchange is not a viable solution for the buyer. All I ask is that the faulty item be returned to me at a nominal expense payable by the buyer, prior to a refund being issued.
Please understand that in the spirit of ETSY, I always try to resolve the problem via exchange of said product first. Message me, and we'll work it all out. All refunds will reimbursed via the same method as payment. ( Paypal= Paypal refund , etc.)
