I hope you enjoy looking at my collection of pottery and knitting ( and perhaps one or two other types of wares..... I do tend to like to try out new skills and techniques!). I like to be creative, and I also like it when my creations are functional, so most of my work is made with a distinct purpose ( and sometimes multiple purposes) in mind.

I love hearing from people, so feel free to convo me if you have any questions about the things you see in my shop, are curious about my techniques or just want to say hi!

Returns and exchanges
I hope that your are very happy with your purchase, but if for some reason there are problems, please don't hesitate to let me know. I will refund the cost of the items (minus any shipping costs) if they are returned within 15 days of purchase.

I try my hardest to pack my ceramics as carefully as possible, and thus far have not had problems shipping, but if you receive a damaged item please let me know as soon as possible and I will arrange for a refund or exchange ( or I can remake the item for you).
Payment
Currently I accept paypal. If this is an issue, please convo and we may be able to work something out. Items will be shipped within 48 hrs of receiving payment, unless I notify you of some delay.
Shipping
I make every attempt to ship orders out within 24-48 hours of your purchase. I generally ship things USPS priority mail, however I may also elect to ship via other methods (USPS first class, UPS ground, etc.) depending on costs and reliability of shipping.

Items shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS First Class International (under 4 lbs) or Priority International (over 4 lbs). Any Customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you place a custom order, I will keep you updated on its progress until it ships, but please feel free to convo if you have any questions or concerns about its status.

In an attempt to keep shipping costs down, in addition to being environmentally friendly, I try to reuse packing and shipping materials as much as possible, so don't be surprised if your purchase comes in a recycled Amazon box with packing peanuts and bubble wrap I've been squirreling away in my apartment closet for the past year.
