Give Love

I started designing and printing gift wrap for myself back in 2012 to wrap all my families Christmas gifts. I had a really great time designing, printing, and wrapping the gifts! I thought I'd see if anyone else was looking for new, unique art to wrap their gifts in as well. The first year was so much better than I thought it could be. So we continue on, designing beautiful, inventive ways to wrap up your gifts.

We believe that it's so much better to give than receive. We design products that make giving a joy.

• CUSTOM PACKAGING
Bottles and supplies are subject to availability. If a product is back-ordered you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to wait until the product is available or to cancel and refund the order immediately.

Production time starts from the time you approve the proof we submit to you. If there is a delay in providing us your art, or a delay in approving your proof that will delay production.

Norman's Printery is not liable for breakage or damage during shipping.

All communication regarding your order, sending files, and approving proofs must take place here on Etsy.

All items are designed and printed with care by us in Wyckoff, New Jersey. We use recycled paper made in the USA.

*To apply for US 1-3 Day Priority Shipping simply order two (2) or more orders of wrapping paper and select the least expensive shipping method. You DO NOT need to select 1-3 Day Shipping when you make your order, if you do you will be charged for the upgraded service. When I receive the order I will manually upgrade your shipping on my end. Please note, 1-3 Day Shipping indicates shipping time only, our packing range is 1-3 days on all orders. This upgrade applies to qualifying orders made in all 50 states.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We inspect all items carefully before shipping, contact us if you are not satisfied with your order.

Custom Printed Materials: We do not accept returns on custom printed material.

Gift Wrap: If you would like to return your order contact us through Etsy Messenger. Buyer pays all return shipping charges.

We do not accept returns on orders outside of the USA.
Payment
All items will be shipped by posted Ship By times (listed on each item in our shop). We will ship items when paid in full.
Shipping
We guarantee our Ship By dates listed here on our Etsy shop. Unfortunately we have no control of packages once shipped. We can take no responsibly for orders delayed by carriers. However always feel free to contact us if you believe your item is delayed or lost in transit and we will do what we can to rectify the situation. We will make sure you get your items.

NOTE: Shipping schedule and shipping method are not the same thing. If an item is listed with a 1-3 day shipping schedule, and you select 1 day delivery it is possible you will receive you order in a maximum of 4 business days. We aim to ship all products as fast as possible.

International orders my incur a customs/import tax of some sort which is payed for by the buyer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering. If it is not the safest and most reliable solution is for us to cancel and refund your order, and for you to order again with the correct address. This is to ensure there are no oversights on our end, and that you get your order as fast as possible!

If the buyer accidentally has order shipped to wrong/nonexistent address the package will most likely eventually be returned to us. Buyer must pay shipping charges again if they would like the package sent again to another address OR place a new order if they do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.
