Order Processing Time
I carry a combination of items ready to ship as well as items that are made to order.
I am a one person shop; shipping times are dependent on other orders received. When ordering a combination of READY TO SHIP and MADE TO ORDER, your entire order will be shipped when completed.
I try not to put shop on vacation mode but will instead, change all shipping/processing times to meet when I will return.
All of my Print on Demand (POD) items such as, but not limited to, t-shirts, project bags, totes, etc. have different processing times see listing for estimated processing time.
Custom and personalized orders
I love making small changes to create something you LOVE. Just message me before or after ordering. If I can make that change I will. As a small business, my supplies are limited, so not all requests for personalization can be made.
All Print on Demand (POD) items can be customized; please contact me prior to ordering.
Wholesale availability

I try to reply to all messages as soon as possible, but at times, due to the fact that I live in Alaska, and my husband and I do activities that often take us away from cell coverage, I can’t always respond immediately.

Who makes your designs?
In short, all my designs listed in this Etsy shop are of my creation. I do not purchase completed designs and sell. If you see an exact copy of something sold here, it has been illegally copied; please let me know. Please don’t buy illegal copies of my designs.
Each design is created from elements I have created, or acquired for commercial use. All watercolor paintings are my creations.
I use Print on Demand (POD) companies because it allows me to provide a variety of products I couldn’t if I were printing them myself. I choose manufactures that provide not only quality products, but great customer services!

Do you make the printed items?
Unless otherwise stated, many of the printed items will be shipped from one of the printing companies I work with. This allows me to offer a greater selection of products for you, my customers.
Why does tracking state you shipped from Alaska, but then it is suddenly scanned in another state?
Each of my printers does things different. At times you will get tracking that states a label was made in Chugiak, Alaska (my location), then it suddenly shows up half-way across the nation before heading the opposite direction to you.
I have my accounts with my printers set to have my address entered as return address on the shipping label. Some of my printers record this as the point of origin and is confusing.
None of my POD (Print on Demand) items ever start their shipping in Alaska.
