My order seems to be lost during the shipment... what should I do?
It's important contacting us if the shipment is delayed too much. First we will check if the tracking info indicates that the parcel is still in transit. If it doesn't show it was "delivered" we will create a claim at the post office and when the post service confirms us the parcel was lost and it will never reach its destination, we will send your order again, or we will send you a full refund, as you prefer.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. If your order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be immediate and we will issue a full refund.
If the package has already left our warehouse, you must wait to receive the merchandise to send it back to our facilities. Once we have received it, we will refund the value of the returned product.
