Sea glass is a perfect reminder of the beauty given to us from the sea.
These finest genuine beach found rare gems come from the beautiful shores of Prince Edward Island, Canada where I was born and now spend my summers.
I hope you enjoy looking at my pieces, and that they bring wonderful memories of your times strolling along the beach.

Most of the glass that washes ashore today is quite old, and many pieces possibly date back decades or perhaps a century or more. I find myself wondering if the glass came from one of the hundreds of shipwrecks that litter the bottom of the lake, or if it is a remnant from a fisherman’s discarded bottle. During my walks , I often think of my dad who spent his life on the water.

I have ANOTHER SHOP on etsy where I sell sea glass jewelry, sea glass angels and bulk sea glass. It is sourisbytheseaglass.etsy.com

About

A Walk on the Beach................

My husband and I love to walk the beautiful beaches across this great country of Canada looking for the elusive interesting beach treasures.

Our favorite place to discover history is on Prince Edward Island where I grew up and now spend our summers.

We have accumulated a large collection of beautiful sea glass. For sea glass lovers, I sell individual and bulk pieces of sea glass drilled and undrilled. I have sea glass marbles, bottle stoppers, bottlenecks and ceramics. In my travels I pick up driftwood and shells.
All my sea glass is 100 per cent genuine, surf tumbled. This is an eco friendly site.

Sea Glass is old bottles or tableware that found their way into the waters. After many years (often 50-100 years), the broken glass became smoothed and polished naturally from exposure to the tides, sand and rocks.

Sea glass is a vintage treasure.
