We aim to make our all of our customers happy here at Nostalgic Supply Co. Please keep in mind that items from our vintage supply are aged, most have minor imperfections such as scratches, tarnishing and obvious signs of aging. However, I will try to accurately note the extent in the photographs and the listing. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases, please contact me before leaving feedback, We are happy to work out a refund if the item is not what you were expecting. Refunds available on all items unless otherwise noted.

All items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were shipped and buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our shipping error or items are not as described.

We gladly accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment.

We gladly accept Etsy gift cards!

We utilize the USPS for shipping and ship both first class, media and priority, depending on the item and its size, shape, weight, and cost. Please see the shipping price for the item you are purchasing. We will never charge you more than the listed price. We try to keep our shipping prices fair, and often share the cost.

I use recycled boxes and shipping material, whenever possible, which can help lower costs to you, as a customer, and make a contribution to the environment.

Note: Shipping fees also include packaging costs. We do ship internationally. If you would like us to ship internationally, please email us and we will get you a quote. International customers may also incur an additional VAT or Duty fee.

Most items are ready to ship within 24- 48 hours of confirmed payment, unless otherwise noted. If you would like something rushed or prefer priority mail, please let us know prior to purchase, if you purchase the item first, then we will send it the most inexpensive option. Rush orders can be accomodated for an additional fee. Tracking is included with each order shipped. If for some reason your tracking number is not updated to your order, just send me a convo.

Your order is received, and paid in full.
*You will receive an e-mail from "Etsy Transactions" confirming that your order was received. We will then begin processing your order.

The Etsy shipping program auto-marks the order as "shipped" when we print your shipping label. This indicates your order has been processed and signals that we are preparing to ship your order.
Your order will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of notification.
The Item(s) is delivered to you or your gift recipient.
