Accepted payment methods
If for some reason payment will be delayed, please notify us so we can wait for your payment until three days.
If by the fourth day payment is still not made, the transaction will be canceled and negative feedback will be left for the buyer.
If you want to upgrade your shipping to International Express Mail (which is fast (7 working days) and trackable), please convo me before you order. Thank you!
All items will come from the Philippines (that's in Southeast Asia), so please be patient as it takes 10 days to 4 weeks for item to arrive at its destination. In rare cases it may take up to 6 weeks due to customs at the receiving country's end. But that doesn't happen very often. My items USUALLY get to their destination in three weeks.
We will mail your order to the address indicated in your Etsy transaction receipt, unless otherwise specified (message to seller section prior to ordering, or in a convo).
We mail orders twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
If your package does not arrive in 60 days, I will consider it lost and appropriate actions will be taken by the seller (me).
If your country is not listed among the places we ship to, convo/contact me and I will add your country for you. The places listed in the item's shipping fees are a good indication of how much shipping will be to your country (i.e. you're from China but only Singapore and HK is listed, shipping fee to China is the same as that of SG and HK since they are in the same postal zones).
If you can't wait for me to add your country to the listing and you wish to buy the item right away, shipping fees indicated on "Everywhere else" will apply. I will then refund you the difference in shipping when I've mailed out your item, if applicable.
I try to use recycled/eco-friendly products when I mail your packages. I use recycled kraft envelopes most of the time. I used to use bubble wrap but realized it wasn't necessary as majority of my items are not fragile (except for the tumblers) so I forego bubble wrap on my orders unless needed.
I enclose my paper goods in a plastic sleeve inside the envelope to avoid the possibility of the products getting wet while in transit.
I encourage you to recycle shipping materials-- not just the ones you receive in my packages to you but for the packages from other sellers as well :)
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges will be entertained only if we've made a mistake with your order, for example. Please contact us within three days of receiving the item if this is the case.
Additional policies and FAQs
Q: How do you calculate the shipping fees?
A: I bought a weighing scale so I could accurately give a fee for how much it will cost to send that item to X location. I go by our postal office's weight and zone classifications to determine how much an item costs to be shipped. The post office has a chart indicating how much x number of grams will cost going to x postal zones. The postal zones are:
ZONE 1 - Asia and Pacific countries
ZONE 2 - Middle East and Pacific countries
ZONE 3 - North America, Europe, and US Possessions
ZONE 4 - Africa, Central/South America and the Caribbean
However, shipping fees are still a tricky issue and if I find out I may have overcharged you for shipping, I automatically will issue you a refund :)
Q: Can you reserve an item for me?
A: Yes. Just convo me and I will change the listing to a reserved one. Reservations are good for three days. If you don't purchase your reserved listing after that given period, I will make it available for purchase to everyone else again.
Q: I'm from the Philippines, I want to buy from you. How?
