All Sales are final. I do wish you to be happy with your purchase- please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. All sales final- The jewelry and silverware are all custom made and usually personalized. Customer are responsible for explaining exactly how they want it to look and therefore any errors with product received are customers responsibility. Font style and size is chosen by me to ensure that it fits and looks nice but if you have something else in mind, please message me before ordering to make sure it will work.

I have also added descriptions of the shirts to help you pick the right size. It is your responsible to measure yourself and/or your kids. I do NOT except returns on shirts.
Payment
All payments, in full, must be received prior to any work beginning on your custom pieces.
Shipping
I have added a listing for shipping insurance. I am not responsible for what happens after the package leaves my hands. If you are worried, purchase the extra shipping insurance.

Since sellers are unable to predict what fees, if any, will be applied, Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for unexpected customs fees or taxes.
Additional policies and FAQs
Jewelry is delicate!
Should your order be damaged in transit, you can contact me within three (3) days of delivery (customer is responsible for any return shipping). Again, the majority of my items are jewelry, and therefore delicate. Many pieces are mother's jewelry- keep out of reach of children. The chain and/or links could pull. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

Shirts can be sold out!
The company I order from can and does sell out and sometimes tells me after I have placed an order. If that is the case, I will contact you to see if there is another style or color you would like.
