A little window into my world...

I attended art school many, many years ago, worked in oils, acrylics, collage and film and emerged with a BA and no idea what to do next. I moved to the seaside, got an office job and started making lino prints in my spare time. I began my Etsy shop in 2011 when my prints started piling up with no-where to go.

I have always been interested in the weird and wonderful; Fortean topics, the paranormal, creepy myths, urban legends, horror films, I'm sure you get the picture. I have been collecting books on these topics since I was a child and now I have a vast library which I find to be an endless source of inspiration.

I use a variety of different printmaking techniques, including lino, wood engraving and drypoint etching. I have a small table press which I uses for most of my prints, for others I use the oh-so-high-tech back of a spoon method! ;)

I stepped back from my shop in 2016 when life got in the way (that bundle of joy featured in my pic!), returning in 2017 newly inspired and eager to get creating again!

I occasionally post things I'm working on, inspiration and general life stuff on Instagram:

Hi, my name is Heather and I am an artist and printmaker based in Brighton, England. I work on a small scale, my prints tend to be small, my print runs and editions are small in number and I deal with all aspects of my business myself, with a little help from Etsy and Royal Mail!

I treat all aspects of my practice with the utmost care and attention to detail, and always aim to ensure my customers are happy.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
All of my prints are made by hand and will have 'imperfections', for many this is part of the appeal of buying an original piece of art, to receive something that is handmade and unique. My print runs are small and no two prints are ever exactly alike.

However, if your print arrives damaged I will issue a full refund or a replacement if possible and desired.

Customer satisfaction is my priority so if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a refund (minus the postage cost).
I accept PayPal and major credit cards
I will endeavour to post all packages within three working days of receiving payment. Please note that I am based in the UK so orders from outside of the UK will take a little longer to arrive.
The information I collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
