I enjoy everything I make, therefore I only sell what I love. Each item is made with care and love, by me from start to finish. When possible I like to repurpose fabrics that I find while thrifting, etc. I get bored of the same old stuff easily, so keep checking back, you just never know what you might find. If you don't see exactly what you are looking for in my shop, let me know! I love doing custom orders!!!

Payment should be made in full via paypal, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon between buyer and seller in writing.

Payment must be received before any order is shipped.
I aim to ship orders within 5-10 days of receipt. There are times when I get back logged and items might take a couple of days longer to ship. I apologize for the delay.

I strive to ship all items as soon as possible in the order that they were received. If you need your items by a specific date please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" section upon checkout and I will do my best to meet your needs.

*Occasionally items will take a bit longer due to supplies and/or workload, I appreciate your patience and will let you know if there will be extreme delays beyond my control as soon as the issues are brought to my attention. Please read my shop announcements for any current delays/closings.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class, some items ship Priority - where noted only! Priority and Express upgraded shipping options available as well as UPS/FedEx.

If you prefer a certain shipping method ask me before you checkout and I will get accurate pricing and provide you with a custom listing.

I will ALWAYS SHIP to your ETSY ADDRESS (not paypal) unless you specify a different address upon checkout.

TIMELINE: I strive to ship all items ship within 5-10 days of your order being placed.

notimefortea is NOT responsible for any additional custom fees that are accrued during delivery for any and ALL international orders.

I do not refund shipping costs. My shipping prices are as accurate as I can make them. Keep in mind that shipping costs not only include the postage, but shipping supplies and time.
Refunds and Exchanges
CANCELING SALES - If you must cancel your sale you MUST contact me via convo or email and let me know. There is absolutely no way for me to know if you have canceled a sale without contacting me first!

I do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders.

I cannot refund you if there is a color issue. I cannot control how each computer monitor shows color differently. I try to explain each item very carefully in the item description so that you know what your item will be like upon receiving.

I do not accept returns if you have just decided you no longer want the item.

I will accept your return if it is damaged. I just ask that you send me back the damaged item. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s).

If for any reason you need to return the item there will be a 10% restocking fee to help absorb the fees and shipping. You, the buyer, will be in charge of shipping the items back to me as well as all costs associated with that. I also do not reimburse the original shipping price. All returns will be reimbursed the ITEM cost - 10% restocking fee.

When placing an order for custom work, payment is required in advance and I will send you a photo of the completed piece for approval before it is shipped.
