Hi there! Welcome to Notsokittyshop--- a shop fueled by an unending desire to create cat accessories and fun things for cat lovers. A couple of notes before you get shopping:

1. Items that are pictured in my shop are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. Items will ship within 3 days of order date or within the listing's respective stated timeframe.

2. Custom orders are available based upon items you see in the shop. Examples could include a completely personalized cat outfit , sets of cat toys, special occasion cat ears, or other fun Kitty knickknacks. Expect to be contacted within 24 hours of custom order requests with further details.

3. All cat costume designs have been tried on real cats and design-tested for comfort and reasonableness. Will every cat wear everything here? Um, probably not! But they should because they are So awesomely cute when they do! You know your cat or pet you are buying a costume for best and what you can get away with without getting maimed- we do not accept responsibility for your own best judgment of your pets ability to tolerate Notso Kitty's advanced level creations. If you think there is a design problem somehow with the item you purchased that snuck past Kitty QC, please communicate the issue immediately so that a satisfactory resolution can be found. If your problem is your pet just isn't the "wearing stuff" type, please try to consider this ahead of purchase-- we do not accept returns for reasons other than design flaws.

4. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order, communication via Etsy's contact channels is encouraged and Notso Kitty will try to resolve the issue to both party's satisfaction.
