We ship via Express Registered Air from Post Malaysia for order destinated to E.U. countries, Middle East, South America and so on. A tracking # will be forwarded for monitoring your shipping. Shipping lead time is approximately 7-21 working days from the date of shipment for International orders. You will be notified with registered tracking # following the shipment.
* Shipments may be shipped via express service to USA, Canada, Australia and others; Terms applied **. Our EXPRESS shipping cost to USA, for example, is from US $15.00 (a minimum charge up to 500grams) while $19.00 is charged for shipment up to 1 kg.
** Registered mail by POS Malaysia as an option for P.O.Box, Remote Area and difficult to-reach addresses. ( Some countries, for instance, South Americans, East Europeans, Africans, Middle Easts and so on, might listed under this category). Please do convo me if you do need further information.
All items are made to order, please allow 3 - 7 working days to complete and ship (upon payment cleared). We will ship to your address listed in your ETSY INVOICE.
All Express Courier services, Registered mail and packages need to be signed for upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
The recipient may be charged with applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with these information.
