On May 2nd in 1933, there was a modern day sighting of the Loch Ness monster, as reported by Scotland's local newspaper the Inverness Courier. This set off quite an interest in finding Nessie. whale
Silver was first mined around 5000 years ago in the area that is now Turkey and Greece. The atomic symbol for silver is Ag, which might seem odd, but it was derived from the Latin word for silver: argentums.

Hi, I'm Anne. I hope my shop inspires your creativity. Here are some of the core values here at nottoto:

1. Quality. I am always looking for beautiful, well-made supplies that you'll love too.
2. Value. Since jewelry is made of many components, they're priced accordingly.
3. Fast Shipping. I know you'll want them shipped quickly, too! :)
4. Variety. I search for unique findings, and I hope the wide variety inspires you.
5. One-Stop Shopping. Get the most value from your shopping time.
6. Customer Service. I'm here for you... before, during, and after your purchase. I'm always available to answer questions about these items, or about jewelry making in general.

I run this shop by myself. However, every so often Fudge the cat comes around to check on things. :) This is a smoke-free environment.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my tracking number?

An email with your tracking # will be sent to you the moment I print your postage. There is also a big blue tracking button on your Purchases page. Recipients outside the US will receive a customs number, which may (or may not) track, depending on what extra services your country's postal service offers.

I see you provide flat rate shipping, that's great!

The flat rate shipping fee is posted on each listing. Fill your cart for one s/h fee! :) Exceptions to this might be some very heavy items, upgrading to a faster shipping service, or if you and I are working on a custom order that has unique shipping needs.

Your listings say 'Only One Available', but I see the drop down menu with different quantities. Are those quantities right?

Yes, and I might even have more than what's listed. Etsy puts that phrase there, and I can't delete it, but if you look for 'Package Quantity', you will see the drop down menu with quantity options. If you need more or less than what you see once you open that menu, please convo me before ordering.

How quickly do you ship?

Typically very quickly. :) For the best chance of same day shipping, please order by 5am EST.

I use USPS First Class shipping, and there is a Priority Shipping upgrade (for US destinations) once items are in your cart. I don't offer any other shipping services at this time, unless you and I are working on a special order with unique shipping needs.

How long is the actual shipping time?

The shipping is handled by the USPS (and other services, if you live outside the US). If you need more information than what you see on the tracking, please ask your local postmaster. They are the shipping experts, especially for your particular destination.

If an order is refused or misdelivered and sent back to me, the buyer will still be responsible for paying the s/h fees and any other fees I may be charged to get the package back into my hands. Therefore, please be very sure that you want these goods, will provide me with the full and correct shipping address, and be willing to contact your local postmaster and get involved in the event of a delivery issue, in the very rare event that this occurs.

What if I need more/less than what you have listed?

Please convo me before ordering so that we can talk about your request.

I live outside the US, what about VAT or customs fees?

VAT/Customs fees are not included in the price of these items, since that's an arrangement between you and your government (not between you and me). They are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are not sure about them, please check with your local postmaster or customs office before ordering. If an order is refused/misdelivered and sent back to me, the buyer will still be responsible for paying the s/h fees and any other fees I may be charged to get the package back into my hands. Therefore, please be very sure that you want these goods, you will provide me with the full and correct address, you will be willing to contact your local postmaster and customs office for updates, and you will sign for them upon arrival into your country.

If I mark the invoice as a 'gift', will I still need to pay VAT/customs fees?

Please ask your local postmaster or check your government's customs web site for these answers. VAT/customs fees are between you and your government (not between you and me). It is illegal for me to change the customs form, so even if an invoice is marked as a gift, the correct value will show on the customs form.

Regarding the shop policies, which are 'intimate items' in your shop?

Earring related items (ear wires, posts, backings). I can't take them back due to health reasons. 'Intimate items' was the closest phrase provided, so I had to go with it. :)
