1 out of 5 starsI love the shawl but the pattern is horribly written and very confusing even to the seasoned knitter's in my knitting club. I tried messaging the seller to get some clarification but after waiting for a response for almost 2 weeks I decided it was time to write my review. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if the seller had just taken the time to respond. Buyer beware.

I'm very sorry to hear this, Revelry doesn't allow me to sell another designer's work there-- I am sorry this resulted in you giving me such a low rating, because I have tried to resolve this on revelry but have been unable to :(

5 out of 5 starsWell written and going to be made this winter. I would post reviews after I made the item, but the wait would be too long. I can read a pattern like a novel and this is a great read with perfect instructions.

Returns and exchanges
All US desired returns must be reported within 10 days of shipment. I ship First Class or Priority Mail, so the product will get to you in a timely manner, allowing time for the customer to report any return. If you should find your purchase to be defective or damaged in any way, please contact me at once to receive a full refund, including shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept "changed mind" returns, although exchange may be possible. All items are OOAK, and every effort has been made to portray them accurately through image and description-- please note, however, that color may vary among computer monitors, and purchase accordingly. In the event that a customer would like to make a return and this is agreed upon between us, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and the original price of the item will be refunded upon my receipt of the returned product in the condition in which it was sent. If you have a question about an item, please contact before purchasing! Due to the delicate nature of laceweight yarns, no returns or exchanges can be accepted for winding issues--yarn is best wound by hand from a swift. All yarns are sent in the original dye skeins, free of tangles. Please take care when winding!
Custom dyed orders are not returnable, except in case of defect, but may be exchangeable. This is on a case-by-case basis, and is necessity driven-- if I can re-sell it, I am happy to make an exchange!
EXCHANGES: I am happy to exchange most non-sale/destash items in the event that the customer simply changes their mind. If at any time the customer decides to exchange the product for another product, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
I accept paypal (preferred)or money order. I will ship as soon as I get payment, and if there is any issue with payment, please do not hesitate to contact me.
SALE REFUNDS: if you are unsure about sale or a shipping refund, leave your paypal address in the message line of your purchase and I will send you the difference in payment! Please specify "shipping combine" or $2 off sale" for example!
Shipping
Unless you leave me a note in the note to seller, I will ship to the address on your Etsy purchase receipt!
