I offer printing done by a professional printer. Prices include front and back, full color printing, white envelopes and Priority Mail Shipping. Color envelopes are available here, http://www.etsy.com/shop/nounces?section_id=7326262 for an additional charge.

{The Process}
1. Purchase the design you like. Like my style, but don't see exactly what you are looking for? Contact me and I can create custom design for you!
2. Send text and photos here, http://nounces.com/etsy-order/
3. Within 24 hours (usually less) you will receive a proof.
4. Once I have your approval, I will email the high resolution file for printing.
5. If you decide you want to have them printed by me, contact me with the size and quantity you need.

Returns and exchanges
Due to its customized nature, Nounces products can not be refunded or exchanged. Nounces will provide proofs for all customized items. It's the customer's responsibility to review and approve all proofs, as the final product will match the proof. If you approved a proof with an error, it will be reprinted at your expense. If your final product doesn't match your approved proof, Nounces will correct and replace the order free of charge.
Colors may look different on your screen, so please note that Nounces is not responsible for the colors on your computer monitor.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Payment
Any quote provided by Nounces is valid for 30 days. If you request a quote and do not purchase the items within 30 days, Nounces has the right to revise pricing without notice.
Nounces will not begin customizing or printing until payment is made and has cleared through Paypal.

Shipping
All packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
I WILL ALWAYS SHIP TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS unless you clearly indicate that you want your item shipped elsewhere. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided with payment. Items returned for an incorrect address will require additional postage paid by the buyer.
I cannot be responsible for lost packages. Insurance is not included in the price of shipping. You would like to have your package insured, please let me know and I will be happy to invoice you for the additional amount to cover the insurance.
