CARE INSTRUCTIONS for your purchases:
I package artwork in acid-free protective sleeves. I recommend leaving the artwork in this packaging until you are ready to frame or display it. Hang artwork out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Most of my work is done with acid-free and archival quality materials. This means that if taken care of properly it will not discolor or fade in your lifetime. I do have a few items in my shop that are not made with acid-free materials, this is usually because I am making them from recycled or salvaged materials, which I note in the item's description. Non-acid free papers may fade or discolor more quickly over time.
Items in this shop may be safely purchased by credit card or through Paypal. Payments are processed through Etsy, and not by me personally.
If you live in my area (Viroqua or La Crosse) and are able to pick up your item, use the coupon code SHOPLOCAL to skip the shipping fee at checkout.

If you choose a refund in this situation, I will not refund the shipping already paid.
My shipping turnaround time is 1-2 days. This does not include items marked as 'custom' or 'made to order.' I ship domestic purchases (within the U.S.) USPS first class with tracking. I also ship international packages through USPS. For expedited shipping, please contact me for a quote. For international packages, I am not responsible for any potential custom fees that may be put on your package when it arrives to your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item, I prefer to do an exchange for another item but will accept a return for a refund. You are responsible for notifying me within 7 days after you receive the item. The item must be sent back in its original condition, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the unwanted item.
I minimize the risk of shipping damages by packaging and labeling items very carefully. If your item has been damaged during shipping, please let me know as soon as it has arrived and we will discuss how to remedy the situation.
