Frequently asked questions
How do I acces my purchased files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will be able to download your files.
You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
We recommend downloading the instruction sheet to help you choose the correct file for your size requirement.
IMPORTANT: The prints cannot be downloaded with the Etsy App. You must use the Etsy website directly.
How to print the images?
You have 3 options to print the digital files:
1. Print instantly at home
2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop
3. Upload the files to an online printing service like:
www.shutterfly.com
www.nationsphotolab.com
www.targetphoto.com
www.snapfish.com (USA - Europa - Asia)
Printing considerations
Final quality print depends on the printing device, paper and ink you use.
For best results we recommend using matte paper and at least 180g thick.

I purchased a set but I only received a PDF text file
Inside the text file, you will find the download link.
Please copy and paste that link into your browser, that will bring you to my Google drive where you would download the files.
The reason behind this is because there are many files to be downloaded directly from Etsy.
