SHIPPING TIMES:
I will do my best to ship your order as promptly as I am able, and you can expect shipment by the date reflected on your order unless you hear otherwise from me. Paying for expedited shipping will not cause it to be shipped any sooner, but does sometimes shorten the time that USPS takes to deliver it once I have put it in the mail.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to offer custom and personalized orders. Please contact me to arrange details. I reserve the right to deny a request if it does not agree with my beliefs, particularly because I am a faith based business, and appreciate your understanding. I'm so glad you're here and am humbled that you would consider choosing me to fill your special request and allow me to be a part of your life in this way.
I do charge a minimal one-time customization fee (see shop listings), and will communicate to you which level this fee will be prior to your purchase. This is determined by the level of complexity of your request and whether the finished product will be a good fit as a permanent listing in my shop, both of which are determined by the artist.
Can you change colors/words in an existing print?
While on occasion this might be possible, in general it is not, because of the nature of the artwork it could be quite difficult to offer high quality artwork after altering the words or color. Feel free to ask, but understand it is up to the artist's discretion whether she feels your request is achievable, or if it would be better served creating a new piece.
In any case, fulfilling such a request would include a minimal customization fee.
My order arrived incorrect/damaged. What should I do?
Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact me, attaching the photos and including your order number. For printed items we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them one time to your shipping address.
Please understand that if it is a unique item or original piece, it may be possible to repair it to original quality, and options will be considered on a case by case basis, as sometimes these can not be replaced or recreated.
Can I cancel/refund/exchange my order?
All items are final sale. We can not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless an item has been damaged in shipping.
(Except where prohibited by law, in which case buyer must contact me WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of item(s). Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please contact me for a withdrawal form. Returned item must be shipped back in original resaleable condition within 30 days of original receipt to qualify for refund.)
