Greetings! Welcome to my shop. I am obsessed with various fiber arts, particularly: spinning, knitting, quilting, sewing and weaving. I primarily sell hand-dyed and hand-painted rovings and handspun yarn. I dye in small batches and tend to find inspiration for my colorways from the books and materials I work with during my day job as a special collections librarian and archivist. There are no dyelots for my dyed works, though the colorways may be repeated, there may be a little or a great deal of variation between colorways of the same name, if you like something, snap it up when you see it!

In addition to dyed fiber, there will likely be the occasional quilt or woven scarf in the shop from time to time as well.

You will be receiving fibery goodness from a smoke and pet free home.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with the good(s) received, you have 5 days (from time of receipt) to return the good(s) to me for a refund (less shipping), unless you have requested yarn winding services---wound yarn can not be returned.

The good(s) must be returned in the original state that it/they were received (and kept in a smoke and pet free environment)--the roving braid must be in tact, the yarn must be in the hank (the way I sent it).
I accept PayPal. Please pay for your good(s) on the same day as purchase.

If you live in the state of Connecticut, please note that you will be charged the state's 6% sales tax on scarves or shawls priced at more than $50 as well as quilts.I will have to issue you a revised invoice after you receive the automated Paypal invoice.
I ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. I post goods first class domestic and first class international. I am happy to combine shipping. You should get your goods within 5-8 days of their posting (in the U.S.).

Once I have shipped a package, I can no longer take responsibility for its content and value. If you would like to pay extra to track your shipment, please let me know.

I'm sorry; but, I can not take commissions or custom orders at this time. If there is a colorway you have seen in my dyeing repetoire that you liked and haven't seen in a while, let me know and I will try to put it back in rotation.
